Orders & Shipping

  • When will my order ship?
    As a small business who handles all our own shipping, we will do our best to get your order out as soon as possible, but please be patient as it can take up to one week for your order to ship.
  • From where and how do you ship?
    We ship from Orange County, California by United States Postal Service.
  • How to check order status
    If you create an account at checkout, you can login and see the shipping status and tracking number of your order.  You will also receive emails notifying you of order updates.
  • How to change or cancel your order
    Email us at as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to change or cancel it.  We are unable to guarantee a change or cancellation request, but will do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    Unworn merchandise may be returned for a full refund, store credit or exchange within 20 days of your order shipping.  Items marked 'FINAL SALE' are final sale and cannot be returned.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  If you are returning for an exchange, your exchange merchandise will ship for free.  For your own protection, we recommend you ship your return by an insured, trackable method.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • How to initiate a return
    Email us at for return authorization and address within 20 days of your order shipping.
  • When will I receive my refund/exchange?
    Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for your refund, store credit or exchange to process.  You will receive an email once it processes.  If you are awaiting a refund, it can take an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on how your back processes the refund.  We recommend you contact your bank directly if the refund is not showing in your account after 3 business days of receiving the refund notice.


Product & Inventory

  • The item I want is sold out.  Will items be restocked?
    We come out with new styles and graphics year round, but will have certain core styles that we constantly re-stock.  If you have a specific request for an out-of-stock color or size, email us at
  • What size should I order?
    All styles come in women's standard sizes Small, Medium and Large.  Order your usual size, keeping in mind if you'd like it be more fitted or oversized.  Read the product description on each page for sizing notes.
